UK-based logistics solutions provider Clipper Logistics has expanded its contract with women’s fashion brand Mint Velvet.

The retail and high-value logistics specialist’s partnership with Mint Velvet has entered into the tenth year and will continue to serve from its Milton Keynes facility.

Clipper’s integrated solution is said to incorporate store replenishment, Click & Collect, global e-commerce support, wholesale supply and returns.

The new agreement will also cover added-value services such as ClickLink and Boomerang, which are in line with Click & Collect and reverse logistics services.

Mint Velvet COO Stuart Grant said: “Extending our partnership with Clipper into its tenth year is testament to the collaborative approach we’ve taken within our supply chain.

“They are a trusted and valued partner, and innovations such as Boomerang and ClickLink have demonstrated that they are at the forefront of retail logistics.”

Clipper CEO Tony Mannix said: “We’ve worked alongside Mint Velvet from the very start of their business, and it’s incredibly fulfilling for all of our team to play a role in their success.”

The company’s added-value retail services include the repair of returned faulty goods and re-configuring the multichannel supply-chain.

ClickLink, a joint venture created by Clipper along with The John Lewis, enables retailers of all sizes to extent their business for Click & Collect.

In May this year, Clipper acquired Tesam Distribution, which offers a variety of warehousing and distribution services to the retail sector.

The business, which operates from three sites in and around Peterborough, holds more than 1.1m ft² of space.
