local

and
power

ports
around
Houston
will
remain
closed
for
at
least
24
to
48
hours,
while
major
refineries
in
the
area
are
shutting
down.

All
ports
in
the
Galveston
Bay
complex
will
be
closed
for
the
next
two
days
while
Harvey
has
also
affected
the
ports
of
Beaumont,
Freeport
and
Lake
Charles.
