two

its
older
MR
tankers
in
sale-and-leaseback
deals,
according
to
shipbrokers.

The
Cork-based
shipowner
is
said
to
have
offloaded
the
47,472-dwt
sisterships
Ardmore
Sealeader
and
Ardmore
Sealifter
(both
built
2008).

Singapore-based
Japanese
leasing
company
Spring
Liner
Pte
is
said
to
be
the
counterparty
in
the
deal,
according
to
Affinity
Shipping.

“Prices
and
rates
are
undisclosed
but
the
transaction
is
believed
to
have
released
$12.3m
in
cash,”
the
